What’s your data retention policy?

Once your relationship with us is canceled, we will keep your personal information for the next 2 years, duly blocked. Once this period is over, we will delete it from our records.

Can my data be transmitted outside of my country?

Yes, we are based in Barcelona (Spain), but our service providers are global companies whose registered address may be outside of Europe.
By accepting this Privacy policy, you authorise us to share your personal data internationally. However, we guarantee that we work with companies that uphold a high security standard.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or legal action, you have the right to lodge a complaint before the competent local Supervisory Authority,  particularly in the Member State where you have your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the regulations, or if you are not satisfied with the exercise of your rights.

The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been lodged will inform about the progress and outcome of the complaint.
